    Nice comfortable chair!

    I have to admit; I was a bit hesitant to order from Epic at first. I couldn't find much on the company, and I was worried the pricing was too good to be true. However, I decided to email the customer service folks and got a prompt, professional, and friendly reply. We corresponded a couple of times back and forth because of the questions I had. After this positive experience, I decided to take a chance. I am thrilled that I made that decision. Everything I ordered was exactly what I wanted. The prices were much better than any other company I could find. The product was excellent! The company shipped everything out when promised. Unfortunately, FedEx kept delaying the items. Once I received everything, I couldn't have been more pleased. I will order from Epic again. Excellent customer service, great pricing, and great product!!
